Handwritten Request: Write a handwritten registration request on paper stamped at 1000FCFA, addressed to the General Delegate for National Security.
Online Registration Form: Obtain the registration form from the website, fill it out and sign it.

Registration Fees: Pay the registration fees (16,000 FCFA for student Police Inspectors and Peacekeepers, 21,000 FCFA for Student Commissioners and Police Officers).
